Sera Himeura is the first ib that the main character Kuro Fukase meets. When she reaches out her hand to him, Kuro decides to go with her and enter the world of instant bullet. Though their paths are linked by that fateful meeting, it seems that they will face each other one day as enemies, a hero against a villain. She is also part of the organization Colorful. She regards Iroha as her senpai. She tried to destroy the world in the final chapter, but she was stopped by Yume, who was traveling in time.
Abilities[]
At first, Sera is able to make a grenade appear in her pocket. When she throws it, she can find another grenade in her pocket. She later surmises that she has the ib of dominion over explosives: she can make any explosive device --- bombs, grenades, bullets, and so on ---- come towards her or come into her possession and control.
Later it is revealed that Sera is actually the ib of destruction, and she has control over any device created by humans intended for destruction of any kind.
Personality[]
At first, it appears that Sera is a cheerful and happy-go-lucky, if possibly delusional, young girl. However, it is later revealed that she is actually a very realist and studious girl. Further revelations show that she actually has sociopathy and is unable to empathize with people when something horrible happens to them. Her parents strove to make up for her lack in empathy by instilling a deep desire for heroism in her, and she is able to mostly pass as normal to most people who know her casually. However, this is still not perfect; for example when her father died in an accident right in front of her, she was more happy for the chance to inherit his hero hat than sad about his death.
Because of the values instilled in her by her parents, she strives to be a hero, despite knowing that her sociopathy naturally tends her towards finding pleasure in hurting people and destroying their lives. In order to be justice, she must find "the enemy", someone more evil than her, who she will hurt and destroy with glee, thus becoming a hero despite her handicap. If she is unable to find her enemy, she will be the evil in this world and destroy it with her power.
